Holofy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This Intellectual Property Policy outlines how we handle intellectual property matters on our platform.

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and other intellectual property violations in accordance with applicable laws, including the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and related legislation.

The Holofy name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Holofy Ltd. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

Our intellectual property includes:

• The Holofy software and platform technology
• Our website design and user interface
• Marketing materials and documentation
• Proprietary algorithms and data analysis tools
• All copyrightable content created by Holofy

Unauthorized use of Holofy's intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload to Holofy, including property videos, images, and descriptions. By uploading content, you grant Holofy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display your content on the platform
• Use your content to promote Holofy services
• Create derivative works for platform functionality
• Sublicense to service providers as necessary

This license continues for as long as your content remains on the platform and for a reasonable period after removal to allow for caching and backup purposes.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and posted on Holofy in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the platform
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act

If you believe that your trademark is being infringed on Holofy, please provide us with:

• Your contact information
• The trademark registration details (if registered)
• Description of how the trademark is being used
• Location of the infringing content on our platform
• Evidence of your ownership or authorization

If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed content and its previous location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement consenting to jurisdiction in the courts of England and Wales

Counter-notifications should be sent to copyright@holofy.io.

Holofy maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We track and respond to all valid notices of infringement.

Users who receive multiple valid notices may have their accounts terminated without further warning.

Please be aware that making false or misleading claims of intellectual property infringement may result in liability. Under applicable laws, any person who knowingly makes material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages.
