Users may submit content, including but not limited to property videos, images, and descriptions ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Holofy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with providing and improving our services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third party's rights or any applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated means to access our services without our permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any third party's intellectual property rights

Holofy and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks. You may not use any of Holofy's intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide about our services may be used by Holofy without any obligation to compensate you.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Holofy. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those services.

Some features of Holofy may require payment. By subscribing to paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law. Holofy reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, with notice to existing subscribers.

HOLOFY PROVIDES ITS SERVICES "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

HOLOFY DOES NOT VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF PROPERTY LISTINGS OR USER CONTENT AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON SUCH INFORMATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOLOFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO HOLOFY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holofy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Holofy may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Holofy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Holofy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
